Symptoms of gum disease?
Bleeding gums are one of the first symptom and if we do not treat it, the bacteria and inflammation will increase further. If you notice any of these symptoms, contact us right away.
Laser Assisted FMD (full mouth disinfection)
It is a non-surgical periodontal/gum treatment focused on scaling and root planning which is a two sitting procedure.
Laser assisted disinfection is painless and shows promising results to combat the infection.
After the procedure patients are instructed to use 0.2% chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily for two weeks.
Healing is very quick & Painless
Laser assisted gum depigmentation or gum bleaching
It is a procedure to lighten or remove black spots or patches (Pigmentation) on the gums consisting of melanin.
Pigmentation is most often caused by genetic factors, but also by tobacco smoking or long-term use of certain medications.
The procedure involves painless laser ablation techniques and is completed in a single sitting in most cases.
Laser assisted gummy smile treatment
A Lip Repositioning-Vestibular Reduction procedure involves reducing the tissue (mucosa) lining the inner aspect (vestibule) of our upper mouth to enable repositioning the upper lip down thus minimizing gum display.
It is a safe and predictable procedure with few postoperative complications (limited bruising, discomfort and swelling of the upper lip). Our patients typically experience an easy recovery.
It can be opted by patients with a gummy smile.
Gingival Contouring - Laser Dentistry
Sometimes gum line have inconsistencies leading to an uneven and awkward smile, making you feel self-conscious.
We use high-tech lasers (Biolase) and equipment (Bloodless Surgery) to recontour your gum tissue, leaving you with a perfect smile.
